A History of Violence, or a part of it

Saw this movie tonight, had waited a very long time to see it ever since the preview came out. First off, Viggo makes a very good regular joe (Roger Ebert calls his early scenes reminiscent of a Jimmy Stewart movie). Since we've all seen him chop off so, so many heads in twelve plus hours of Lord of the Rings, we also believe him capable of totally flipping out and not taking crap from anyone. If you go, expect a different sort of story from the one you may be expecting where nothing much is happening on screen, but so much beneath the surface. And from now on, Ed Harris will always remind of Skittles.
